Field Type

Attributes are the heart of what makes Branch CMS flexible and powerful. They allow you to customize the administration forms for managing content. They are used with Page Content Layouts, Navigation, Accounts and all apps. 

There are many different types of attributes, most relate to different form fields. There are some, though, like the YouTube Video attribute that provide more functionality than regular form fields can. 

Other attributes are regular form fields but they make it easier to integrate other content into the page. Examples inc/field-types/snippetslude the Collection Widgets List, Content Snippet List, Navigation Menus List and the Snippets List.

There is also the ability to pull custom information from other parts of the website through APIs into select menus, checkboxes .
